The first step: Your personal event consultant
A meeting coordinator will be assigned to help with all phases of planning and last minute requests. Your personal event planner will help you select the most appropriate room for your group, arrange the best seating options and decorations, and refer you to our list of preferred caterers. We take great care in the planning, execution and overall success of your event.

Canyon West
Bigger groups will want to “live large” in the Canyon West room. It features a hardwood dance floor and is perfect for banquets, large presentations and small trade shows. It can hold up to 300 people.
Columbine
A large open space with high ceilings, this room is ideal for meetings, training and small receptions.
Mini Theatre
Seating up to 220 people, this theatre-style space is great for training, lectures, theatre and business presentations.
Performance Hall
Seating up to 1100, this elegant hall is ideal for keynote speakers, corporate presentations and live performances.
