The Silvertones Senior Choir will step back in time as they present California Dreamin’ – a concert of some of the coolest west coast tunes from the late 60’s and early 70’s. The audience will tap their toes to the Beach Boys’ “Kokomo” and maybe shed a tear as they hum along with the ballad, “In My Room.” The concert will also include The 5th Dimension’s “Aquarius/Let the Sunshine In” from the musical Hair, “Teach Your Children” by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, and, of course, the title song, “California Dreamin’” by The Mamas & The Papas.
