Package purchasers can exchange from one LC LIVE show into another in the same season with no added fees with at least 24 hours’ notice. Single show purchasers can exchange from one LC LIVE show into another in the same season for a $5 fee. Any cost difference is due at the time of the exchange, and any remaining amount as a result of the exchange is non-refundable. All exchanges must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the time on your current show tickets. Exchanges for non-LC LIVE events are up to the discretion of the indvidual event organizers. Please call the Box Office at 970-221-6730 to find out if your tickets are exchangeable.
The Lincoln Center is committed to providing a wide range of accessibility features, and can accommodate most requests with advance notice including ASL interpretation, limited mobility and bariatric accomodations and hearing assistance. Call the Box Office at 970-221-6730 for additional information. An elevator is available to access upper seating from the 2nd floor lobby. Accessible seating is available in Row Q of the Performance Hall, and Row D of the Magnolia Theatre. Additionally, there are no stairs to any of the seats in the Orchestra sections of the Performance Hall. Every exterior entrance is accessible. Parking spaces for those with handicap placards are located in the south lot, Mulberry Pool lot, as well as in several spaces. We also offer a T-Coil hearing loop in each of our performance and conference spaces, as well as assisted listening headsets for the Performance Hall. Inquire with a Lincoln Center staff member or volunteer.
While we love seeing your selfies & group photos posted online, we ask that you limit your shots to areas outside of the performance spaces. The Lincoln Center requests that you turn off all mobile and electronic devices before a show begins. Photography and video recording is prohibited during all performances, unless a pre-show announcement is made from the stage indicating otherwise.
Public Parking is available in The Lincoln Center lot at the corner of Mulberry and Meldrum, as well as the Mulberry Pool lot just west of The Lincoln Center. Please see our parking map for locations of parking in proximity to The Lincoln Center. Please note that signed lots east of The Lincoln Center that are posted as no parking are strongly enforced and those in violation will be towed.
The Lincoln Center welcomes all of your favorite outfits – from jeans to evening gowns and everything in between. We embrace the spirit of “Colorado Casual” and encourage our guests to dress comfortably, whether that means your holiday best or your rock & roll vest.
For the safety of patrons, we are must know the number of people in the theatre. The Lincoln Center policy requires a ticket in hand for every person entering our theatre, including infants on laps. Some of productions at The Lincoln Center offer complimentary tickets for infants, while others do not. This policy is set on a show by show basis. Please inquire with the Box Office at 970-221-6730 or check the show page on the website for specific info about your show.
Public Box Office access is available from 12 p.m.–6 p.m., Tuesday–Saturday through the doors located near the main entry plaza on the northeast side of the building. All other access into The Lincoln Center is restricted and limited to those attending a ticketed or scheduled event, or during Art Gallery viewing hours.
Art Gallery public access hours are on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Art Gallery is also open for most performances until immediately after intermission.
Bar service will be available at all performances presented by The Lincoln Center; these are indicated as LC LIVE presented performances on our website. Additionally, many performances and events that take place at The Lincoln Center are presented by private producers and organizations. At their own discretion, these event organizers may determine availability of bar service.
