The Lincoln Center is proud to present Kentwood Real Estate as its newest Showstopper sponsor. Kentwood was founded in Colorado over 43 years ago and is now a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. The brokers at Kentwood are deeply connected to the communities they live and work in, volunteering and supporting over 150 non-profits and charities.
The Kentwood Northern Properties office opened in 2018 when the company expanded to NOCO and is one of the fastest growing Northern Colorado brokerages with over 30% growth in 2023.
We had a chance to sit down and talk with Sarah Tyler, Managing Broker for Kentwood Northern Properties and learn more about the brokerage, their culture and plans for the future in Northern Colorado.
For Sarah, Kentwood’s sponsorship of The Lincoln Center was a natural fit. “Arts programs aren’t a priority in the schools like they used to be so we want to support local theatre, hoping it will positively impact the larger community.”
Kentwood brokers pride themselves on their high level of professionalism, global connections and community involvement. “We truly work as a team, which is unusual in most brokerages where the independent contractors aren’t as collaborative. We’re constantly focused on giving the finest service to our clients, both for buyers and sellers,” Sarah says.
For Kentwood, keeping roots in the community is central to their business. In fact, many Kentwood agents are avid theatre goers and Lincoln Center attendees. “We’re looking forward to Annie. I currently have a sales competition in the office and the winner will receive Annie tickets.” Of course, Sarah’s agents are excited! Not only is Annie a classic musical, but it’s also a chance to see Broadway a little closer to home.
The arts are for everyone, and Kentwood is a huge supporter of our local community as well as a top tier real estate company. “While we provide a luxury touch to every property and client we represent, our brokers work in all price ranges, from a small condo to a multimillion-dollar residence, land or horse property,” says Sarah. “Colorado is our home. We believe in our communities and our hearts belong here. Our brand is local. Kentwood remains committed to our roots but with our global network we can market all over the world. We are happy to connect anyone moving to another area of the country or even across the globe. We are here to make buying and selling a home enjoyable!”
